SatatamSmiles provides business consulting services, including customer retention strategies, design of corporate reward programs, and post-sales service quality audits. Our adult consumer behavior analysis metrics and statistical modeling of commercial loyalty are offered as decision-support tools, without guaranteeing specific business results.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information for the proper execution of the analyses. They are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy regulations when using the generated reports. SatatamSmiles is not liable for business decisions based solely on statistical models without the client's internal validation.
SatatamSmiles shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of the services. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. The analyses and recommendations are based on data provided by the user and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
All content, methodologies, statistical models, and materials delivered as part of the service are the property of SatatamSmiles. The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business purposes. Redistribution or sale of the reports without express authorization is prohibited.
The usage agreement is valid as long as the user maintains an active subscription or a current contract. Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a breach of these terms, SatatamSmiles reserves the right to suspend access immediately.
SatatamSmiles may update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
